From 4 May to 1 June 2021 the European Commission opened public consultations on its Inception Impact Assessments on the targeted revision of the REACH and CLP regulations. DUCC submitted contributions to both of these consultations on 31 May, setting out its priorities for the adaptation of these key pieces of legislation, which form the cornerstone of chemicals regulation in Europe.
