Carmela Ciarliero from Cosmetics Europe has been elected as the new Chair of DUCC, while Cristina Arregui from the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) continues as Vice-Chair of DUCC!

Carmela shared: "I am truly honoured to take on the role of Chair. DUCC's mission is to elevate the role of downstream users of chemicals in regulatory decision-making, advocate for their interests, and provide a unified voice. I am excited to contribute to these efforts and look forward to working with all stakeholders to make a meaningful impact.”

Cristina added: “IFRA is proud to continue as Vice-Chair of DUCC and remains committed to supporting downstream users in chemicals management.”

Finally, DUCC extends heartfelt gratitude to Paula Diaz, outgoing DUCC Chair from the Association of the European Adhesive & Sealant Industry (FEICA), for exceptional dedication and invaluable contributions.
